1. Free Trial

Arogic offers a free trial for new users and practitioners without any payment required. This allows you to fully experience and evaluate our platform before making a commitment. Please reach out to us and we will be happy to setup a trial account for you.

2. Cancellations & Program Pauses

  • Cancellation Policy: We do not utilize auto-charging or recurring subscriptions; you will only be charged when you explicitly authorize a payment. You may choose to cancel your participation or terminate your account at any time, but please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations.
  • Access Retention: If you choose to cancel after a billing cycle has commenced, you will retain full access to the Platform and Services until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Program Pause: We understand that life happens. Instead of cancelling, eligible programs include the option for a one-time pause. Please check your specific program details or contact support to see if your access qualifies for a temporary hold.

3. Refunds

Please carefully consider your needs before finalizing your subscription. Payments made after the trial period for any subscriptions (including software fees or therapy programs) are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used billing periods or incomplete programs.
